Payment Options

We will send a payment request via invoice for you appointment at the time the booking is made. We accept payment by Stripe, this is an integrated online payment platform that accepts credit and debit cards.

We ask you to make payment 7 days before an initial assessment takes place and 14 days before a diagnostic assessment takes place. Once payment is confirmed this completes the booking.

 

We ask you to make payment by the day of your appointment for treatment sessions only.

Please note, we operate a 48 working hour cancellation policy. More details can be found on our information document which you will receive when you are registered with us.
