Types of Therapy
We Offer
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
A structured, practical approach that explores how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected. It is particularly helpful for anxiety, low mood, OCD, and trauma.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Helps people live more in line with their values while learning to handle difficult thoughts and feelings with greater flexibility — often used with anxiety, depression, chronic illness, or neurodiversity.
Integrated & Trauma-Informed Therapy
Most of our clinicians blend elements of different models to suit your needs which we call integrative therapy.
Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)
An approach that helps people who are self-critical, ashamed, or struggling with low self-worth to build a more compassionate view of themselves.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
An evidence-based trauma therapy that helps people process distressing memories in a safe and structured way. It is effective for PTSD, anxiety, and other symptoms including phobias and grief.
