How to Pay

We’ll send you an invoice when your appointment is confirmed.
Payments are made securely through Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards.

When to Pay

Initial Assessments - Payment is due 7 days before your appointment.

Diagnostic Assessments - Payment is due 14 days before your appointment.

Therapy Sessions - Please pay by the day of your session.

Once payment is received, your appointment is fully confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

We ask for at least 48 working hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.
Late cancellations may be charged in full. You’ll receive full details in your welcome information pack.

 

Refunds & Rescheduling

If you cancel or reschedule with the required notice, we’re happy to offer a full refund or transfer your payment to a future appointment.
